I have been amazed at the miraculous pairing I have been blessed to be in. Lance did an amazing job of having my 3 year old stand tall. Lance knows how to guide you into a deep relaxed state. For me HMR succeeded quite easily with colorful moving pictures, like a movie. I didn't have any idea that I could see myself in different stages of my life. I was convinced that I'm not visual. Usually my mind starts to wander pretty easily but these sessions were nice surprise for me. Most emotional was Compassion Key. If you can be totally relaxed you could feel a lot of issues dissolving. This peace was so all encompassing and I was a big YES to all that happened, to get free of all this baggage. Lance helped me and my partner through our anxieties. My partner had an elevated heart rate for a while to the point he had a panic attack and ended up going to urgent care. Lance intervened afterwards and the next week, he was a much lighter person. He didn’t have the increased heart rate anymore. He had also had tightness in his arm due to a huge cut in his finger and he hasn’t had that in months and the finger is healing better than it had in the prior months. My anxiety is getting better and comes in waves, but it isn’t ever present as it was before. I continue to work with Lance through it, too. I had a lot of arm pain for a while though, and once Lance helped, that arm pain went away and hasn’t come back!
